Shipping & Returns
Everything at Aww, Look is printed to order just for you by our print partners in the United States, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to waste.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States (including APO/FPO where the carrier allows).
How long it takes
- Production: 2–5 business days (your item is printed after you order).
- Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after it ships.
- All in, most orders arrive in about 5–12 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Holiday order-by dates
For Christmas delivery with standard shipping, please order by December 8. Products show their own order-by date during each season.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and where it’s going.
Misprinted, damaged or wrong item? We’ll make it right.
If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or different from what you ordered, email support@awwlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don’t need to send the item back.
Returns for other reasons
Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help you choose.
Lost or late packages
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days or your package is marked delivered but isn’t there, email us and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
